My comment is that LOs are an ideal, a destination that certain
organizations are moving toward. On the other hand, there are plenty of
organizations that are purposefully engaged in organizational learning.
For some clear thinking on this distinction, check out "How Organizations
Learn" by DiBella & Nevis (1998).
