Replying to LO23233 --

I am specifically interested in:

"I have some experience of working within a Learning Organization. My
industrial placement last year was within a company which considers itself
to be a Learning Organization, and it was here that I became interested in
the use of technology as a supporting tool for the application and
transfer of knowledge."

In your words, why did the organization consider itself to be an LO? What
did you see that backed that up, or made you think "not." I wold like to
start a dialogue as the LO and assessing performance in an LO may be the
direction of my doctoral dissertation.

My background: US Army, 19 years, Master in Education(Occupational
Training and Development), instructional design, working toward doctorate
in Ed.
