I am doing an active research paper on risk-taking in organizations, and I
am looking to collect any thoughts that you might have on the subject.
How does your organization encourage and support risk-taking?
Do you believe that risk-taking is encouraged more when people are working
in teams?
What steps would an organization take in an effort to become an
organization that supports risk-taking?
