I'm the author of a case study featuring an award-winning New Zealand
preschool, to be published at an international quality management
congerence in Feb 2K. The study has unearthed some interesting questions
about exactly what 'quality' is in this environment, and I'd be interested
to hear from anyone with interests or experience in this area. I'm happy
