Hi

Thank you to all who participated in the discussions and enriched my
knowledge in this subject. From what I learnt from the discussions and the
materials I read from the links provided from different experts, I think
OL & KM are equally important to a company. We should have it both if we
could. Current technology has a lot of limitations and it cannot replace
people such as creating new knowledge. However, technology can help us to
share and disseminate knowledge. I know Lotus Notes can be used for KM. I
wonder if someone has used it to facilitate OL as well. I will be very
grateful if someone can share some experience.

The reason I mention Lotus Notes in particular is that Lotus Notes is
being used to support a lot of processes in my company, I want to get some
ideas how it is used in the real life in the KM or OL arena.

Thanks again.

Lee
