Why employ a person? LO24315

Dear Organlearners,

Greetings to you all.

I am asking this question "Why employ a person?" because the answer is not
so obvious to me any more.

While letting my thoughts meander on the topic "Preventing the corruption
of caring love", I went to the library to see what a dozen or so textbooks
on enconomy had to say on paying for employment. It struck me that all of
them had the same standard description for it. None even mentioned a novel
perspective.

Here is an example for a novel answer, but not necessarily a comprehensive
answer. A person gets employed for his/her spiritual "free energy". It is
that spiritual "free energy" which allows the person to change and affect
changes.

I am interested in learning from your answers and even your wild guesses.
They may be traditional or novel. I want to observe what become of these
replies in a LO-dialogue. I think that many other fellow learners will be
interested too. Perhaps employment is far more complex than what we
suspect.

With care and best wishes.
