Andrew - you wrote on use of silence...

A personal note on changes proposed - I seem to be grieving, so change
must be happening here. I've listened, mostly, for a couple of years, and
not before been this moved. When I'm faced with significant change that
affects me, I know I need to take time to grieve, to contemplate, to move
on to acceptance. When profound change is happening, I know I need to sit
in silence with the question for awhile. I will be doing that for a
couple of days. Perhaps then I'll have some way to express what I'm
learning.

With great affection and hope
