Replying to LO24758 --
Hello Richard,
I was very content with the LO list as it worked till now (I joined the
list not more than a year ago). I found much comfort in reading and
contributing in an open environment with very few restrictions, and felt
confidence to take part in a community established mainly and almost only
on mutual respect (in this I'm expressing my personal stand point about
the infinitely many ways and forms of practicing organizational learning).
If I'm to answer your question Rick I would say:
Let people do what they feel like, exactly as you did so well till now by
allowing natural associations and feedbacks to flow.
I truly hope that in such conditions those members who were posting
specific requests will have the opportunity to fulfill them as they wish
and desire.
Peace to all,
Judy Tal
