Replying to LO24945 --

Two comments:

Is this just another program of the month?? Most quality type programs
are. Realize that to pursue this seriously, you are embarking on a total
culture change for your organization.

Secondly, companies are now wanting to be "just like GE." Adopting Six
Sigma is a step in that direction. However, it takes a whole lot more to
"be GE" than this. And...does every company truly want or need to be like
GE?
