I found the book "The soul at work: embracing complexity science for
business success" (Simon & Schuster, 2000) really useful and engaging not
least because of its real-world case studies, some like GE, some quite
unlike GE. Its diverse business settings were a welcome antidote to
cookie-cutter "world's best practice".
