Replying to LO26831 --
Dear Mark and other friends,
Perhaps someone likes to make a wrap-up for 'the rest of us' about 'The
tragedy of the commons' by G. Hardin (Science©1968) before doing some
meaningful extensions of it. Otherwise it might look like many companies'
traveling rule that employee should 'treat company's money as your money',
it used to make me confused to some extend about the 'comedy of the
commons' ( in terms of Balzak).
