In LO13106, Paula (PBparallax@aol.com) asks about "a good descriptive
article about an organization going through a culture change process"
I don't have the exact citation to hand, but there is an article about a
speech given to the UK Royal Society of Arts in the early 90s about how
British Airways (BA) implemented their "Putting people first" culture
change programme. I seem to recall that the title was something like
"Culture Change - more Art than Science", and I think that it was given by
Colin Marshall (at that time the CEO of BA). A search of UK-biased
abstracts might help track it down.
Although dated, I think that it still contains some useful material that
would help you.
