Reading on Culture Change LO13106

I have been asked to locate an article for a client that would be
appropriate reading for a group of middle managers on what major culture
change (moving from a hierarchical organization to a team-oriented
structure) would look like. It is presented in the context of a training
program to understand why change is necessary and learn and develop team
skills to prepare them for their roles in the new culture. The article
currently being used - 'Levi's Changes Everything' from last summer's
issue of "Fast Company" is being challenged because of recent articles on
Levi's re: outsourcing, downsizing and the way they treat their outlets.
There is a perception that the process of change described in the article
is thus no longer valid. (I don't agree but...)

Any ideas on a good descriptive article about an organization going
through a culture change process would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance to the list for your help in this matter.
