I'm currently looking for a new position (internal OD/learning), and have
a lead with a software company that is just creating a group to work on
team building, organizational culture, etc. As it happens, the group
leader reportedly came there from Motorola.

In the back of my mind, I seem to recall Motorola cited as an example of a
company which has successfully utilized organizational learning approachs,
but cannot remember where. Can any list member point me in the direction
of any published discussions of this company? [ I would suggest that
citations in the public domain can be posted to the list, but that
personal opinions ought better be sent to me off the list, in order the
maintain the spirit of not publically discussing individual companies by
name. Hope this is OK, Rick.]

Thanks for any suggestions.
