Debbie, we use a system developed jointly by DuPont and Novations. System
is called Targeted Development and has been personally valuable in
charting out my career path. Significant features include understanding
your own personal motivations, realization of external perceptions of your
performance, clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Part
of the process includes developing a plan and getting support from a coach
who challenges the level you've challenged yourself.
