Leadership sure is a process and here are the steps in the process.
SEVEN STEPS OF LEADERSHIP
Leadership has seven parts. All can be learned and taught.
1. Establish direction.
2. Align the interests of the organization and the individual.
3. Provide the resources required.
4. Encourage personal mastery.
5. Promote candor
6. Provide feedback (measure progress)
7. Intuition and reason.
