Hallo Sherri,

Thank you for "The Invitation". I agree, it is wonderful and it must be
great to have friends sharing such a present when you are having a hard
time.

For painting a picture, one needs to know about colors. If all colors are
mixed up, you get grey in grey. In this metaphor, love and acceptance does
not mix up colors, let the tension and relationship between them be and
creates a work of art.

For me, "The Invitation" symbolizes the color red. It is one of the
brightest and purest reds I have ever read. Red: the element of Fire, the
emotion of love, the chakra of Heart. An invitation to experience "red".

What about the other essential colors? Blue, yellow, green, violet,
orange, black and white. How would be the experience of these colors like?
Following which invitation would lead to a comparably clear experience and
understanding?

Organisational diagnosis: What colors are present in a certain org? How
are they spread, where is the tension, what is the dynamic? The picture of
an organisation - can you draw it? Imagine a gallery where the pictures
are named "Boing", "sushi shop xy", "high school yz". Would one be able to
agree on those organisations, which are of the learning type? The artist
does not get inspiration by things/persons in front of him, but he goes
into an organisation, smells the colors there by walking around and doing
interviews. He learns to look at an organsation like others look at a
face. What is he looking for? The beauty? The essence? Are his pictures
free of own mental models, just love and acceptance? What makes him paint?
Is it red?

Jack Zavacki said, that this thread is a breakthrough. Well, it is
different.

Best Regards, Winfried
