I'm learning about shared vision and have two questions here. Assume
you're a leader and have a vision. You want your vision achieved in 3 - 5
years. Assume your organization's members are about 20 people and it is a
flat organization.
1. How you're going to share your vision (practically) to your staffs or
members of your organization?
2. Where is the connection between 'vision' and 'the organization theory?'
