Leila,
Art Kleiner and George Roth have both been working with Learning Histories.
Their working paper on the AutoCo learning history is at
http://learning.mit.edu/pra/pro/aut/index.html. Other learning history
papers are at "Learning Histories: Using documentation to assess and
facilitate organizational learning" (18.004 January 26, 1996, Revised May
3, 1996), Learning about Organizational Learning - Creating a Learning
History (18.001 April 7, 1995). Finally, George and Art have started a
consulting practice based on Reflective Learning. Their home page is at
http://www.fieldbook.com/rlearning.htm .
Thanks.
