Hi, I'm Dave Markey. I am currently a sole practioner operating under a
corporate structure called Metanoia Associates. I have developed
methodologies for organizational and individual transformation, creating a
shared vision, sharing mental models and more.

The transformation available from using the methodologies is from any
initial state to any desired final state. My personal recommendation is
from fear and self service to mutual benefit, trust, & respect plus
balanced, stakeholder service. Those are the politically correct words;
they mask the words that many are not yet ready for: love and selfless
service. My theory is that the latter mode of operation is the least
effort and optimal, sustainable style producing the greatest possible
benefit.
