Network Density and Org. Learning LO15442

Hello All,

Does anyone out there know of good, academic references which relate
network density in organizations (i.e. how "well-connected" individuals
are to each other in a given organization) to organizational learning?

Also, is there is a good article summarizing the current operational
definitions of organizational learning (for research purposes)?

I am a beginning Ph.D. student examining the relationship of social
network structure and organizational learning. Any assistance will be
greatly appreciated.
