Hi Jo,
I think it's simply because when we need to have many people work together
to produce something, whether its a manufactured product or a rbaseball
team, we need to get 'organized'. Some organized structures are flatter
with regards to delegation of power, some have an endless series of
levels, but ultimately whether we call it an organization, a corporation,
a board, a business, they are all systems where people are trying to get
organized to get something done.
