I think this is a really good question. Is our paradiam paralysis in
effect? I have wondered the same thing recently. Why DO we create
organizations? Is it the only way we know to do business. Is it Taylors
influence? Is it the Roman Empires influence? Is it our religious
background (the hierarchy) we learned from the Orthodox Christian Church?

Is it really the best way to get "work" done. This post is worth
considering.
