Hello colleagues:

I have a question for those of you who are working with knowledge
management systems. My company is moving from the analysis and design
phase of a systems conversion to the implementation phase. It has become
very apparent that our test groups will learn volumes of valuable
information during this phase and I want to find a method of storing their
"lessons learned" for ready access.

To date, they have kept logs and written manuals. Ugh! I want something
that is on-line, at the desktop, and available to any end user with a
question relevant to the lessons learned.

Any suggestions for how to build this knowledge management system?
