Well, the idea of networking began by addressing lack of infrastructure.
Later the idea underwent modifications, came to be called as IRNs and
addressed other issues like communicating systemic thinking. Presently it
has not been much more than an idea -
- I am yet to implement it in a real world environment. I would be very
interested to know more about your work and other similar efforts.
