Richard,
I'm probably out of my league here, but I believe the most important
aspect of intellectual capital is "connectivity." I acknowledge that
learning is indeed a powerful synergy, but without being connected the
ability to learn is local. When we become non-local through connections,
as gutenberg(sp) proved by extending connectivity to the written word
through the printing press, the ability to learn has been leveraged many
times...
The more we connect, the more our ability to learn is leveraged? Think
about what is the most valuable aspect of LO...the ability to learn, or
the ability to connect knowledge, the ability to learning and learning@
learning...
