To LO listers
What do we mean by followership?
Robert Kelley in his book The Power of Followership (Doubleday, 1992) does
a good job of describing people who are not in leadership roles, and none
the less remain independent, critical thinkers who take initiative. For
him followership is a form of leadership.
I would suggest that for that to occur in an organization, that it will
require the type of transformation which LO principles provide.
