We have been discussing "Courses on Org Learning", which is a very
interesting topic. But one can give courses on LO in a lot of different
ways - some of them being quite "tradicional" ( I mean, giving courses
"about LOs" that may not be "LO based" themselves).
I think that Andrew introduced a different concept, when he writes about a
>course based on building the class as a LO.
This can be used to "teach" LOs, or to teach any other subject. So I am
proposing a new Thread to discusse experiences of using the LO concepts to
teach ( or give training) about any subject ( LO included). Let me quote
him first :

Can you be so kind, Andrew, to share with us more about your experience?
What was your course about ? How were the "learning organization" concepts
built into the class ? What was the change in the roles of "teachers" and
"students"? Have you used any IT to suport that LO ? How was the
evaluation made ? ( Any other information about the experience is
welcome).
Has any other in this list had any experiences of learning and/or teaching
by way of "building a class" as an LO ?
I am concernd about this subject because I am myself teaching Management
in an Enginnering course, and trying to "build the class as an LO". One of
the Topics of my course is "LO", by the way. ( I can give more information
about that if anyone is interested.)

I agree; but, from my experience, I would add one point; let me modify
Andrew's writing :
I believe that students must first grasp the philosophies and frame of
thinking that LO's have before they BEGIN TO STUDY LO CONCEPTS ?
Does any one agree ( or desagree) with that ? I would be very much
interested in any comments.
Thank you
Artur
