My God! One shouldn't be penalized because someone performs better. But
they shouldn't be expected to be rewarded the same as the person who out
performs them. The one who performs better is, simply put, more valuable
to the company. This says nothing of anyone's value as a human, only their
value as an employee to a specific company.
