All,
I work on many leaderless teams, but each team has multiple
sub-initiatives which are being lead by different team members. No one
person (i.e a supervisor) could have the expertise, vision, or motivation
to lead in all areas.
I think 'leaderless team' refers to teams with a single official
leader, with the rest being followers. This does not mean lack of
leadership or leaders.
