Our organization has developed strategies to assist communities and
organizations to function as systems. The foundation of our approach is
that communities are learning organizations. By orchestrating and
stimulating informal learning on a community level, we help organizations
/communities realize economic and personal gain. On August 8,9 we will be
sponsoring a conference in Burlington, VT. Proposals for (possible
presentation) and attendee registration begin March 15th.
Policy makers frequently require short term, measurable outcomes (economic
gains rarely surface in a few months). We have yet to devise something
that measures improved communication and well-being than a reduction in
anti-social behaviors. Any other suggestions?
