hello, Keith--
it's not a panacea, but I believe that ongoing dialog groups (I'm
envisioning concentric circles here--1. of pioneers; 2. pioneers/larger
group; 3. intercultural) would be a wonderful kicking off point. it
builds on and enhances the personal mastery and team learning skills; it
opens communication among similar and disparate partners; and it opens the
door for strategic dialog processes as the groups mature. of course, it
will also point the way for other processes integral to your successful
transition.
sounds like a wonderful adventure--the primary danger being focusing on
work while experiencing France in the springtime--C'est bon!
