Jim,
Martin Buber's best known work is "I and Thou": I'd get the Walter Kaufman
translation if possible
Maurice Friedman has written many books on the implications of Buber's
work. You should have little trouble locating both Buber and Friedman in
or through your public library.
Michael Scrage's first version of his book, published by Random House in
1990, is called "Shared Minds: The New Technologies of Collaboration." His
revision (which I don't think is an improvement!) is "No More Teams,
Doubleday, 1995.
