Sounds like this group had imposed on them a managment change that they
refuse to accept. I also sounds as if there were no stakeholder
involvement at the beginning. This, coupled with age and gender problems
was too much of a dynamic for them to deal with. Can you go back and
interview each person as to these and other issues that might emerge?
