Thanks for coming back to me. Do you know if anyone has done any
modelling of the system, the variables, and the forces associated with
performance management. It seems to me that the recurring nature of
'difficulties' associated with getting it right would indicate that it is
a systemic challenge.
I am beginning to view the issue from a less than idealistic perspective
and wonder whether, even though our current system has degenerated into a
collective lie, we are better dealing with the devil we know.
