I don't have any references specifically about facilitating for LO. I do
have two wonderful books about facilitation:
Intervention Skills:
Process Consultation for Small Groups and Teams
W. Brendan Reddy
San Diego: Pfeiffer & Company, 1994
ISBN: 0-88390-434-9
The Skilled Facilitator:
Practical Wisdom for Developing Effective Groups
Roger M. Schwarz
San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 1994
ISBN: 1-55542-638-7
Each of these books is about how to facilitate so that the group gets
its work done while enhancing its process.
Regards,
Dale
