Another LO assessment is O'Brien, Michael J. "Learning organization
practices profile." 1994 - Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer. Believe you would find
it useful.
As for P-B&B: many companies are pleased to have their instruments used
for legitimate academic research, with little or no cost. Suggest you ask
- the worst they can say is "No." If they do, you can follow-up with "why
not" for academic research purposes? Good luck,

PRMI is a 501(c)3 non-profit research, development and consulting company,
founded in 1978. The Institute's work relates primarily to the paradigm
shift from "training, instruction, and teaching" to "learning." Learning
is a key strategy for improving leadership, performance, processes,
quality, results -- and the teams' work that creates outstanding
organizations.

N.B. - Remember: learning is each person's responsibility - and opportunity.
