Hi Jamal!

I can imagine that you are right about that thrust is lacking. But in the
TQM philosopy there is a great deal of thrust, empowerment and so on....
However in reality there are probably a few companies who have succeded in
this matter. You can also ask your self - is there any true TQM
companies? Or do they just think they are true TQM?

If you study the litterature - I think there are maybe a handfoul of thrue
TQM companies.

Remember TQM is not only a bunch of tools - It4s a philosophy to.
