Sustaining Interest in Learning LO18852

Hello all. I am the editor of a newsletter about organizational learning
for Pegasus Communications. It is called Leverage. I would like to pose
another question to the readers of this list and then publish some of
those responses in the newsletter. I have contacted some of you in the
past about reprinting your comments from interesting threads. I think the
ideas expressed here can provide value to Leverage readers. We always
credit this list as the source and encourage people to check it out for
themselves.

Here's the question:
How do you help sustain interest in learning in your organization?
