This lack of internalising the fundamentals of the business and the
reduced opportunity to do so is the biggest challenge that we face in the
implementation of LO. Without that shared common basis of "internalised
knowledge", various players will be operating at a disadvantage.

The professional approaches to management can be used for tuning but truly
plotting the course to a new future requires the internal knowledge of the
business that CEOs like Bill Gates benefit from (without the need for
knowledge mining). Regards...Keith
