What fascinate me on Hitler is absolutly nothing.
Your definition of leadership means to me: a leader is being someone who
can pursuade others to follow them - if they want or not, if the goal is
it worth to reach or not, ...
Leadership for me means to create places, time and opportunities to
observe what we have done and why we have done it and what we want to do
in future. Reflecting on the process, reflecting on the goals, conducting
dialog, ... are some keywords.
Leadership in my mind means to create learning-opportunities.
