David you are right on target. Followership is a major part of having a
great company. To that end my change seminars include
Negotiation skills between supervisor and workers
Rule s for followers and meeting attendees
Acquiescence and unthinking compliance are not part of being a
good follower just as dictatorial behavior and not listening are not part
of being a good leader.
