Replying to LO22328

Greetings Winfried,

I work for a global organisation that is in the midst of massive change.
The culture from which it is trying to escape is one I will describe as
staid, probably benevolent. In my small corner of its world I work in
training and development from area management to the 'factory floor'. A
particular paragraph in your contribution (LO22328) struck a cord with me.

I have read so much and thought so much about the question on how to
connect to the sources: From authors inspired by esoteric, spiritual laws
like Tarot and the Course of Miracle, from NLP and "success" authors like
Anthony Robbins, from concepts from Ken Wilber or At de Lange. They all
say the same: Reading alone doesn't help. Yet...

I too have traversed this type literature. My readings have included
Hubbards Dianetics and Golemans EQ. My company paid for courses run by
Landmark Corporation in its efforts to break the bonds, and I see the
infant NLP in Dianetics. In discussions with colleagues we analogize:
Golf. You can read about grip, swing etc. You can watch the masters and
look at the videos, but sooner or later you must step up and hit the ball.

Since the discussion on the digestor, it is clear to me, that this concern
was a misunderstanding. The required sources of free energy become
available after sufficient digestive learning, which is putting all the
pieces together in a new, higher quality of order (as set by the LAST
emergent step) with the growing of the seven essentialties as measures for
the progress.

My readings have given me some free energy to cause a bifurcation in my
development. I can now challenge unprofessional behavior, I have the
confidence to confront 'most' cases were I consider integrity to be
missing, I have "stepped up to hit the ball" on many more occasions than I
previously did. I believe my ball is going further and with more
accuracy, and I've merely scraped the surface in my own development. And
it's good that I can use my own development opportunities to assist my
colleagues in theirs and I still have the seven essentialities tucked away
in the depths of my memory banks At. Dim awareness is the computer
analogy I believe. One day will they take root and develop into their
full brilliance.

Thank you for some insights Winfried

Regards

Dennis.
