Thank you for your me-too thoughts, innovation is driven by mutating
messages. So, for instance, i would propose as an alternative this double
loop:
- Testing - Designing loop, repeat until improvements stop, then:
- Analysing (long tern results)- Reflecting - Facilitating -
Implementing loop and feed results into TD-loop.

My double loop is based on the idea that we alle have different world
views, derived from a collective sub-concious model, that is also the
basis of the Myers Brigges Types. So I agree with your colleague Bob.
