So many 20-30 year problems fail or take 20-30 years to resolve because
the typical thinking is to asses responsibilitiy for "fixing" the problem
to someone or some organizations. The fact is, we all have to assign
ourselves responsibility for fixing the "problem." (BTW: as one of our
authors stated--"responsibility" has 3 "I"s in it--no "U"s.)
