Try this:

There is no such thing as intrinsic motivation!! ... To the extent there
is a phenomenon of "external motivation" it is beliefs.

It is as true as the above statement: Beliefs can be changed by a
communication-process from external.

"External - Internal" is just not a helpful katergory for motivation etc.
as I stated before. The same is true for beliefs. They belong to the
"front" between inside and outside. ..
