Half the battle is getting real support from the Chief Exec. So, might we
focus on an audience of such people?
The outcome could be to have them saying, "What do I have to do to make
this happen?!!!"
I suspect that this means dispensing with the philosophical stuff and the
more erudite theories, and cutting close to the bottom line. We need to
give them some Wiifms - What's In It For Me.
