I can see how the process you describe can help to improve internal
relationships and help to identify values in action. Hopefully the horse
is not yet dead. Why do investors contribute debt equity to
organisations? Why are leaders and managers concerned with performance?
Is it the organisation housing the business which is being grown
(defended) and then what sustains that growth? Is the orga nisation aware
of its business investors (and perhaps their motivation)?
